JHH
When I first came to this place, my feet and back were badly damaged. I became depressed, but thanks to this place and Nina, the therapist helped me a lot. I can walk without pain and my back is 95% better thanks to her and those hands. May God bless her. She gave me back hope more and more every day. God bless her forever.

Neena listened to my limitations and adjusted therapy to accommodate while still making sure I was progressing forward. I struggled to walk w/o limping and pain in SIJ and lower back and between stretching, massage and exercise, I can walk and am going to sign up for the gym again after the new year. She is a miracle worker!

I was in a lot of pain and fearful for my future fitness when a friend referred me to Therapydia and specifically to Sarah and Kelly. I feel very fortunate. Sarah was amazing as I look back at how much pain I had with small movement and how she helped me each week with slow and gradually progressing home exercises. Kelly has also been amazing picking right up with me and honing in on my movement deficits and continuing to help me work back to functioning. I don't want to jinx things so knock on wood - barring me doing something to injure myself again, or an age related health bomb hitting me -I feel like I am on the right track and really appreciate.

Neena was extremely knowledgeable and coached me through my injury and recovery. From day 1, Neena set limitations on my daily activity to expedite the healing process. As my recovery improved, Neena encouraged me to push the limits but minimize risk for injury. Soon I was back to running and lifting faster than I expected.

Both therapists that worked on me were professional and caring. They tried several methods to help with the pain and tried to help my hip progress. The arthritis has, unfortunately, progressed to the point of surgical intervention. I hope to use these therapists for recovery after surgery.
