Featured Physical Therapy and Wellness Topics

Foot or heel pain with the first few steps out of bed in the morning could mean you have plantar fasciitis, a common cause of pain on the bottom of the foot. There are also many other causes of foot pain including stress fractures, tendonitis, joint dysfunction, and improper shoe wear. Your physical therapist will perform a thorough evaluation to determine the cause of your pain then create an appropriate plan of care to help you meet your goals.
