I worked closely with David, and he always took the time to answer my questions and even sent me emails through the app to make sure I was doing my exercises correctly. Everyone is super friendly. PT for total knee replacement.  Making great progress, lots of encouragement.  I love the app with videos of exercises and logging on to record my activity holds me accountable.  Location is easy to get to and close by.  I’ve had no problems getting scheduled. These folks know their stuff! Steven and David helped me immensely. Both are friendly, warm, and sticklers for proper form. Heather at the front desk is super helpful. Therapydia is my Go To place for physical therapy! My wife went there for knee therapy after a major surgery for a few months and recovered stronger and better. She recommended I go there for a shoulder injury I endured playing volleyball. After my initial appointment, I got to work with David. David is my guy! With weekly appointments twice a week to once a week over the course of 3 months. The therapy, stretching, and strength training we did in the office and the assigned home exercises got my right shoulder back to full strength and having me play volleyball back to full capacity. We also connected with sharing personal stories, life experiences and even sharing family events. I really enjoyed my time there and it felt very welcoming and inviting. Scheduling is easy and flexible so the front office is very accommodating as they can be. Heather is great! If you are looking for physical therapy, Please reach out. Ryan was incredibly helpful with my injury and had be back and better than ever in just a couple of months. This was my first time in PT and I wasn’t sure what to expect but every step of the process went as smoothly as possible. I had a torn meniscus (right knee) from a car accident. Every single doctor said I would not recover fully without surgery. This was impossible for me as the bread winner for my family. Checked in to physical therapy instead and Ryan told me a story of a fire fighter that made it through with PT and true grit. So I said Amen, lets go. 6 months of PT later and 2 months of rest I just accomplished one of the most grueling tasks of my life. 17 mile total journey. Hills, creeks, logs, knee deep mud...literally the worst of it. All with 37 pounds of gear and a 14 pound rifle strapped to my back. Pictured here is me defending our flank from an enemy position at the top of one of the more ruthless hills. Next day, every muscle sore, back feels pretty mad at me but the knee? Like a tank. Ryan is incredible! I hurt my back to the point where I was literally crawling on the floor at my house. I came in to see Ryan and he did a thorough diagnosis and some treatment and I was able to walk out feeling so much better! Fast forward 4 days later and I’m 100% pain free and able to go back to CrossFit again. Talk about a savant when it comes to diagnosing and helping with recovering from an injury. If you need a physical therapist , I strongly recommend going to See Ryan at Therapydia  Physical Therapy in Happy Valley.  He is knowledgeable and knew exactly what exercises I needed to help me get back to 💯 of my activities after my major foot surgery. The office is clean and organized.
