The PT, Andrew (Andy) Moon, who I worked with at Therapydia was of tremendous help in assessing my strengthening needs, and subsequently generating appropriate exercises for my goals. I'm so glad I found Therapydia. I've been working with Patrick on several issues I've had for a while. I've seen improvements and I'm feeling better, more mobile, and I'm finally able to workout with minimal pain. He's been great about adjusting my program when needed when life got crazy. He's also just a really great person and I enjoy being around him, which is a bonus. I also saw Caitlyn for some c-section scar tissue rehab and noticed drastic improvement. I can’t recommend this clinic enough! Patrick has been incredible in creating a thoughtful, personalized plan to support both my ACL injury and ongoing cubital tunnel issues. He really takes the time to listen, provide real guidance, and adjust the approach based on what I need that week. Lindsey has also been a huge help—her support on a weekly basis has helped to build my strength and improve my form. I started seeing Therapydia when I was 30 weeks pregnant due to severe back and hip pain, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and supported. I worked with Lissa, who was absolutely fantastic — knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly skilled. She tailored each session to what I needed that day and helped me stay mobile and comfortable through the rest of my pregnancy. I genuinely looked forward to every visit and always left feeling better. Such an amazing group of people, from Rae at the front desk through Patrick the clinic lead. Lyssa is AMAZING with pelvic floor recovery and strength building, highly recommend for post-partum recovery (even years later!) I’ve been working with Andy since late last year after a foot surgery and he’s been great! He’s friendly, super knowledgeable, and clearly explains the reasoning behind each exercise in my program. I’m a senior — not the high school kind — and have a long history of knee pain and sciatica that Patrick has helped me address and resolve more than once, often after I did some overly ambitious thing that aggravated it.  He’s a great listener, a great human being. He gives me exercises to build strength where I need it, stretches where I need them, adding & subtracting specific exercises as I improve. His hands-on treatments are equally therapeutic, not massage, not always pleasant, but you know he’s doing you  significant good, finding the hot spots.  I can’t say enough good things about him.  I’ve worked with one other very good PT there.  Rae at the front desk is a great part of the team and a fun guy.  We’ve talked about a number of things when time permits including poetry. After dealing with hamstring tightness and pain for over a year, I finally decided to take care of it and it was the best decision I’ve made. The pain and tightness have improved significantly, and for the first time, I truly see the pain-free light at the end of the tunnel. Don’t wait like I did, start here today and get better sooner. Last spring I had a skiing accident and started PT a few days after surgery to replace my ACL and repair my MCL and avulsion fracture. For the next 6-7 months I worked with Caitlin and then Patrick to restore the range of motion in my knee and eventually too help me get back to full fitness. I'm now running, biking, playing tennis, gardening, and hiking virtually pain free. I'm so grateful that this team of great therapists helped put me back together and gave me strategies for improving my fitness outside the clinical setting. Rae at the front desk was always an amazing help, too--funny, personable, responsive, and able to parce the challenges of health insurance claims. A+ experience and highly recommended.
