Kelly Steffy, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Kelly received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Washington State University in 2015 where she found her love for studying human movement and injury. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in the San Diego area in 2019. Kelly enjoys treating an array of orthopedic injuries including sports injuries especially shoulder injuries as she had a shoulder injury during her high school swimming career. Since beginning her journey toward becoming a physical therapist, she wants to spread the knowledge about physical therapy not just as a treatment after injury, but also to prevent injury too. Kelly is interested in manual therapy, sports-specific strength and balance training, and will be pursuing a pelvic floor specialty. When she is not working at the clinic, you can find her in the outdoors either hiking, camping, snowshoeing, or playing with her dog.

A native to the Pacific Northwest, Adria completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She truly enjoys utilizing a well-rounded, wellness approach with her patients. This means not only addressing the area of pain and injury, but also helping her patients to move better, feel better, and avoid any further or future injury. Her areas of interest include rehabilitation of the injured runner and CrossFit athlete. However, she really does love working with all patient populations.

Through her use of manual therapy, appropriate exercise progression, and really listening to your story, she will help you feel better, learn a lot about your body, and have fun along the way. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys running, CrossFit, and playing with her 4 dogs.
